Ciao! We are back with another Savoring Italy podcast and today we are chatting with Jasmine Moh. Jasmine is a Canadian that lives in Bergamo and she writes the beautiful blog: Questa Dolce Vita.
You know what is fun about Twitter? Meeting new friends like Jasmine! We started following each other a little while back on Twitter and I was reading her bio: “(Former) pharmacist/freelance writer/foodie/fashionista from Alberta, Canada living the sweet life in Italy. A city girl with a country soul stompin’ The Boot.” A (former) Canadian pharmacist stompin’ The Boot…I had to know more!!
Here is a little more on Jasmine’s background from the bio on her blog:
Jasmine grew up a second-generation Canadian on the Western part of Canada in Edmonton, Alberta (shown in photo above). She is a self-proclaimed city girl with a country soul. A true romantic, she is an avid cook and wine drinker. Jasmine studied Italian (and Russian, and Spanish) and Pharmacy at the University of Alberta and thoroughly enjoyed her community pharmacy practice after graduating in 2013. She was a practicing pharmacist for just more than one year prior to packing her bags for Italy (read up on the reason why under The Backstory) where she now resides indefinitely.
Now on to the fun stuff where Jasmine and I talk about life in Bergamo. Not many people know where Bergamo is!
